Important information:
– To energetically connect with someone I’ll need their name (first and last) and a photo. You can upload your photo(s) during check-out, before you finalize the order. Or, you can also e-mail me the photo(s) afterwards, along with your order #, using anouk@petemoei.com.
– Custom Oracle Cards are always made to order, and will generally ship in 5-7 business days (origin: The Netherlands). Delivery time will depend on where you are situated in the world. You will always receive a track & trace link for your shipment.
– The Custom Oracle Card will be delivered without a frame, in a sturdy cardboard envelope to protect it from bending.
– Please note that you will not receive any of the Custom Oracle Cards that are pictured, these are merely examples of previously made cards.
– Due to the custom nature of the item, I have a no-return/no-refund policy.
– If the product is somehow damaged or lost during shipment please reach out to me (anouk@petemoei.com) so we can resolve this.
– Since the creative process is 100% intuitive, it’s not possible to request any specific colours or compositions. Have faith that the art piece I create for you/them is the one you/they are meant to receive at that time. 🙏
– All the items from my shop are exempt of Dutch tax (BTW). However, I can’t guarantee that your country doesn’t require you to pay import tax upon delivery. Please be aware of the possibility of these additional costs, as they are for your own account.
