This card is asking you to check: who or what is draining your energy currently? Your energy is scattered and all these energetic connections (cords) make you feel less centered and less grounded. There are many ways to call back your energy and to simultaneously send back any energy that isn’t yours. You can take a shower for example and visualize all the negative energy, energy that isn’t yours or that no longer serves you is washed away with the water. Or you can visualize taking off an energetic coat before you enter your home, to leave any energy behind that isn’t yours or for your highest good. You can also just sit down in meditation and say – either out loud or in your head – “any negative energy, energy that isn’t mine or no longer serves me will now leave my body, aura and home”. Say this three times and end with an affirmative “and so it is, and so it is, and so it is”.
